What kind of companies do you generally work with?

I generally work with mid-market-cap organizations that value growth and their ability to serve their customers to make it happen. Full stop. I resonate with manufacturing, engineering, automotive, bio, and technology companies due to a shared way of thinking and a tendancy for commodotized markets. If you know potential is locked behind a competition-dense wall, I'll help you break it down.

I also have a deep passion for funded Series-A startups as I got my start in the strategy world while managing market validation for a tech accelerator and leading think tanks. I like businesses that can move fast while disrupting the proven territory of slower to adapt corporations.

How early of a startup should I be before working with you?

I love the agility of startups and testing product market fit. I've even helped name dozens of brands and products while taking them to market. To best work together, you should be in a stage where the product has been externally validated and we have the resources to challenge the market.

Do you work with B2B and B2C companies?

Historically, I've worked with both. That beind said, I gravitate towards the massive challenge of navigating GTM strategies and product ideation for brands that put products into the market whether it's B2B or B2C.

Where can I learn about your speaking fee?

I'm going to be honest, I love setting aside an hour to hop on a podcast - especially if it's a subject or crowd I like. However, I have to restrain my own enthusiasm for the sake of my schedule. Speaking engagements vary heavily depending on the advance notice, location, and size of audience. Bigger events demand more preperation while I tend to enjoy workshop-style events the most.
